Hogwarts RPG Name:
Dezi Willard
Fifth Year
x2
Default
Mrs. Alex Turner *asterisks user* Secret Door

This was it. The real moment of truth. Surely if Dezi wasn't really a wizard, this would be the spot to find that out. Maybe this was the moment they sent him away because he really wasn't a wizard and this was all an elaborate prank by his Mama after he ran away from her last time they were in Central London. GASP!!!! She'd totally do it too!! Except ... -- well, that measuring tape was definitely hovering and Dezi didn't know much about physics but he was pretty sure that things didn't do that. Something involving that old dude buried in the Abbey and an apple. Or a pear????

Or an orange. Something. Point was, things didn't just HOVER. And his Mama was no magician.

Standing in the queue, he bounced and WIGGLED excitedly on the spot as he waited and waited and waited for his turn, curious eyes taking EVERYTHING in. Oh, hi Mum! ????? NO. He didn't need to pee! Gosh! Couldn't a young boy just be excited???? Or maybe he wasn't young anymore ... he had been waiting for a LONG time, AGES really. Maybe he was FIFTY by now!

OH! When it was his turn to stand by the tape, he watched it curiously, lips curled into an excited smile. He didn't understand why he needed to be measured at all (he was beginning to wonder if maybe they had walked into the robes shop or something) but he stood there, trying his hardest to stay quiet. And still. SO still. Like a statue! But not like those statues in the Mary Poppins books, no. Speaking of which, should he ask the wandmaker guy if Mary Poppins was also a witch?? Maybe he knew her?? He definitely wanted to know if there were nannies at Hogwarts.

Eeeeeeeh, why was this tape measuring the length of his feet?? And his neck?

He had definitely walked into the wrong shop, hadn't he???
