And she had... been in an odd mood for the last part of term. She had slipped on some homework assignments and hadn't put in her best effort, but she couldn't really explain why. She just felt a bit lost. To say the least, she was ready to eat and then go home. She was ready for summer.
Keeping her eyes low after taking in the sight of the green banners, Natalie sat down on the bench and waited for the feast to begin. ......Cameron was currently regretting going to the Ravenclaw table first. He really could have done without seeing Jessa like...that. It was an image he was going to remember forever. And it was NOT a good one, that was for sure. Hopefully the effects of whatever it was that Jessa had done would wear off soon. Because while he obviously didn't want her to be miserable, he also didn't want her to be fake.
That was the worst way people could be in his opinion.
With his hands stuffed into the pockets of his pants, Cam made his way over to the Slytherin house table and slid into a seat next to Nat. "Hey." He glanced at her briefly before looking up at the celebratory decorations in the Great Hall. He did NOT feel like celebrating right now. Not even their victories in both the House AND Quidditch Cup. Honestly, right now he just wanted to eat and get this feast over with. |
