Bel liked to arrive at her lessons in a timely manner and today was no different. She didn't mind charms. Charms minded her a bit sometimes, but Bel did her best. The previous year she'd been alright since moving from Australia to the UK meant she'd done half of her second year before she'd left, and started again in second year at the beginning of the previous term. So some stuff she had been quite ahead on, though there was plenty of difference between Aussie curriculum and UK curriculum that meant she was completely clueless about other things. She liked the charms classes here though, and she was very glad that the room wasn't too frigid. Thank youuuu sir.
"Hello Professor Marchand!" Bel sat down at one of the desk clusters, glad to note it was obviously going to be a work in groups lesson, and either her friends would sit with her or she'd get to make some new ones. She took a good look at the maze on her desk cluster and the toy mice on the professors desk and then unpacked her things. She hadn't noticed the refreshments.
