Lost in his fascination, Daehyun barely registered the book being pushed back in his arms, his fingers moving by themselves to pet the book, and before he knew it, the absolute fool had run towards the deadly tree. He wasn't going to get himself killed. He might be a "brave" Gryffindor, but he wasn't a stupidly reckless Gryffindor.

Aaron had already started his ascent up the tree when he heard Danny call out to him, warning him not to do what he was doing. Saying that it was going to kill him and everything. Pshhhhh. As if. This Whomping Willow wouldn't be able to live up to Aaron's abilities to move around fast, especially in a tree. The boy basically was a spider monkey when it came to climbing skills and agility. What he lacked for in strength, he made up for in dexterity.

Reaching the part of the tree where it began to split off into branches, the boy sat on one of them and called back to Danny "Come on! Where's your sense of adventure...Daniel..." Hopefully saying his full name would rile him up a bit. But if not, this next part should do the trick. "I thought Gryffyndor's were supposed to be brave! Not cowardly!" Aaron had mused with a sly smile trickling across his visage.
