Effie was receiving LOOKS left and right. Not that she minded them in the slightest. Being a creature of beauty, a moving and breathing work of art, she was used to it after all of these years. Perhaps being part-vela had something to do with it. Or perhaps it was just her style of fashion that struck people. No matter reason for peoples' gawking, she confidently continued on her way over to the booth Mr. Paton said she'd be at.

Without a word, she set a large Sleekeazy, Inc. case on the table and became removing some of the hair-care potions within. Her long fingernails clinked against some of the bottles as she strategically set them down on the table.

Austere Augurey ... Flamboyant Fwooper (one of its colours she was wearing today) ... Hazardous Horntail ... Opulent Occamy ... Plump Puffskein ... Voluptuous Veela. Magical creatures were making a comeback. They were all the rage.

Once everything was in place, the woman took out a handheld mirror from her obnoxiously large purse and did a glam check. Eyebrows on fleek, check. Pink hair still popping, check. Headpiece shimmering in the light, check. The queen was ready.

Demarcus was laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate. Or was everyone else just early? Regardless, he was rolling his way past vendors and people as quickly as his purple roller blades would allow. It was a miracle that he hadn't run someone over or dropped the huge bag of Darling Buds' finest Flora-Gro. Even the crazy cool look that one chick at the Sleekeazy booth was sporting didn't cause him to make a detour.

"Coming through!" he shouted, his company's booth finally in sight.

After whizzing between more bodies, the bag was loudly plopped onto the table. The man child scooted behind the table and frantically started setting everything up, taking out his wand and conjuring Pete.

"Not looking so good, buddy," he whispered to the Bouncing Bulb, which didn't seem up to bouncing much today. Demarcus gently placed a hand on the plant, reassuring that he'd be feeling spick and span in no time. He just needed an audience to see the magic Flora-Gro could do.
