Shera had felt herself be hit by the excitement all at once. From being ready to just fall asleep in the last shop that they went to, she now was racing out in front of her mother to get to Olivanders.

She was finally getting her own wand. The brunette would finally be able to learn how to do real magic, not just the accidental stuff that just happened. That in itself was super duper cool and exciting and really awesome and things just needed to hurry up so that she could have her want and beatHogwartsalready!!!!!!

She was ready to scream in excitement.

Without thinking, she'd jumped towards the measuring tape. Waiting for it to just move and measure her already. "Can you go any faster?" she tried to hurry it up, ignoring her mother's disapproving look. Her fidgeting and general movement was definitely inhibiting it from doing it's job as quickly as it could. But Shera was still too excited to notice.

Her mother could only shake her head in amusement, though Shera didn't even notice that.

It zoomed in front of her face, making her flinch back and almost fall over before she caught herself again. Was it done yet? She wanted to get her wand already!
