Kay set off with the cousin and crup. It really was a peaceful and beautiful day, enough to distract her from everything that was on her mind. She hadn't even realised that silence had fallen between her and Cami until the other woman spoke again. Needless to say Kay was startled out of her reverie. "Oh yes. I know. But you also remember that I don't like to talk about myself which includes anything that's bothering me,'' Kay said lightly. Even if she did open up, it would be by giving as little details as possible.
Camilla was certainly glad that even with how hyper Cypress was at times he was fairly easy to get a handle on when she needed to. Normally all it took was a simple redirection and the crup was just fine.
"Of course. It always helps that you're so nice to him and give him lots of pets," she answered with a soft laugh and nod of her head.
Walking alongside the cousin in the quietness of the afternoon, was nice. The silence that fell over them both for some time wasn't at all a bother and Cami simply enjoyed the other women's company. Cypress trotted along a few feet ahead of them stopping on occasion to sniff at the ear or a flower when it may have caught his attention. Mostly the young crup was happy to just be outside.
"I do remember but should you ever need it I am here." Cami cast a quick sideways glance at Kay.
"How are your lessons going so far this term?"
