A stitching charm! Well, this would definitely come in handy at some point.. yeah? Plus, she has a prize already. She couldn’t wait to try out the ink.. and hopefully she would like the smell. Heh. The girl took notes as the professor spoke, making sure she had written down the names of the spells as well as the wand movements that would accompany the spells correctly.
Right. She headed over to the professors desk first and picked up a few pieces of the fabric squares and cutouts before heading back to her desk. She decided to practice the spell first before trying it on the fabric. Practice makes perfect, yes? “Suturis.. Suturis..” She practiced saying it aloud a few times to get the pronunciation right before practising the wand movement.. which was to move the wand upward and then make a clockwise loop. Simple enough. Once she was sure of the wand movement as well, she decided try it out. The girl took a deep breath before placing a cutout on a blue-coloured fabric and casted the spell suturis non-verbally, accompanying it with the appropriate wand movement. OOOH, nice. She watched as a line of neat stitches appeared on her fabric.
