| sitting with the bestie :P Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict It still was far from one of her favorite subjects. Maybe if suddenly every potion stopped using creature parts, Stasya would consider it okay, but for now, it was still near the bottom of her list of preferred lessons. Honestly, it was mostly the fact that Healer Reed was now teaching them that she hadn’t tried to drop the subject altogether. Well, that and encouragement from her mama that she shouldn’t give up on lessons before she’s decided what she wants to do after Hogwarts. It would’ve been nicer if Liv had still been around to help her, but she was going to make the best of it. Her need to make people proud was still way too important to her, and if forcing herself to go to Potions accomplished that, she’d keep doing so.
Plus, she got to see Roscoe and Bumi without ending up at the hospital wing. She’d gone over to the dogs first thing, giving them quick snuggles before she’d decided to go to her seat. Next to Emmeline, seeing as she knew her bestie had the same feelings about the subject as she did so it meant solidarity. That and there was just as much conflict about the change in professors, but either way, solidarity. “Good morning Professor” Healer “Reed!,” she said, giving him a smile even as she’d sent a curious glance at the woman sitting near the back of the room. Was Healer Reed being observed for bad reasons? He wasn’t a bad professor at all, even if she really disliked the subject.
