Kalen blinked a bit at the Deputy Headmaster a bit, he had only been here a year so he wasn't fully used to the Herbology Professor. Maybe helping out with the play would give him opportunities to get to know people better.
He tilted his head as Gaston said he would help with music and Rose would help with costumes and stuff. So hmm.. what could he do.
"I could help with lighting? And the technical stuff? I helped out with a few plays in my college days. " He said as he rubbed his neck a bit. Behind the scenes was perfect for him.
