So Kirk was here, pretty engrossed in the match. To think he could've been down there if he was a few months older to sign up and possibly be dealing with Runespoors.. They were wickedly cool looking, but dangerous. While Dana handled her part of the commentating, Kirk temporarily took off his speaker voice charm to return his attention to Mel. "Hey.. I'm glad you're here." Reaching out for her hand to grasp. Naturally he was in a state of content, but with her around he felt more of a relief. A special sort of comfort. He grinned at her before it was time to bring back the charm. He could work with this. Sweet Merlin, the action was picking up down the field as well.
"Kyle Baker's definitely trying to pick up the slack from earlier, using another charm to keep his head level and cool against those three snakes. Uhoh! WHOA! They just lunged right for him but they missed. He's gonna have a bit more work ahead to even solve the door now." Now what about the others? Was Brent in a better state than him? Oh nevermind Illvermornies you can relax, she did some charm to keep her shoes thick enough to not let fangs ruin them. Hope she's got enough energy to keep up those spells, that heat's a bugger. Oh, she's getting it under control now, enough to pay attention to the runes.. for now. "" Phew he was beginning to feel parched. "Now THIS is intense here. Levi Kenning's down there laughing at the sight of danger. Wow, he's got a plan it looks like backing up before throwing some charms on it. A daydream charm by the looks of that movement. Water AND treats? Kirk couldn't help grinning even more. "Thanks, Mel." He couldn't resist a quick snack and a drink, as he accepted a chocolate frog with it. He could see her eyes focusing on the match down below. There had been alot of close calls lately.
