She'd done it? She actually completed three of the four challenges and although there was still the feeling present at the start of the challenge that this was likely to be her final challenge, the thought that she at least made it this far was of some comfort to her.
Even if she felt completely useless with her wand through most of the challenge, except the warming and insulation charms and knowledge of the pythagorean number system and constellations. But there was this nagging feeling that she should have done more.
Finding herself in the viewing area once more, Louise did take notice that unlike last time when she'd been one of the last to finish, this time she finished second. At least there was comfort in that, maybe?
Or not, because any comfort she had was sent as mental air thoughts to her sister, being cared for by the mysterious Mungos Healer. Why couldn't she have waited until her sister was healed and they return to the stands together? The thoughts of not knowing how she was doing plagued the Thunderbird and she stared frantically at the screen for what had been her challenge, in hopes they would show the person she rescued.
