She wondered if he was aware that when he blushed he was quite cute,
though thinking that she averted her eyes back to the owls so she wouldn't blush herself and give her thoughts away. "Any animal you bring home with kids in the house you want to introduce them to positive ways.
Children are going to be curious and they will find a way near the animal even if you try to keep them apart. It is best to include all family members in the process. It also helps teach children how to care for the creature and helps them start to learn responsibility even if it is how to not poke it in the eye with your finger." Laughing a bit as she realized she said these words lots of times at the zoo with the nifflers.
She gave him an odd look, because she had already said the reason,
but no matter he was busy and probably had just forgotten quickly.
"My owl passed away and I'm in need of a new one. I use him both for personal and work, so it is important I get a new one." She hated the thought of replacing a pet, but there was no way around it. She couldn't get niffler treats through muggle mail. Cheeks finally returning back to their normal color, Javi smiled. "Cami is pretty good with the cat. Much better than I thought she'd be, to be honest. She never grabs him or holds on to him too tight - in fact, I think HE is more rough with her, he likes to rub his face on her, and almost knocks her over he gets so in to it. She thinks it's hysterical," he chuckled. Whoops, there he went again. Being a proud dad and all. "Cats do that when they like something right? I read that in this book I bought when Pepper first decided he was going to live with us," he told her. Yup, the cat had wandered in decided it liked the living arrangement there, and he had been a house cat ever since. "Oh, sorry to hear that," he said with a frown. Replacing pets was never easy - although he really didn't have too much experience in it. His mum had gotten him a gold fish when he had been younger, and replaced it religiously every time it died until he was about eight and it was obvious he just did NOT care. "So, how is your niffler?" he asked with a soft smile. Hopefully not traumatized from nearly dying that one time.
