| UNICORNS and Noelle Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict Maybe it had been the rune pendants, but a little voice in Stasya’s head told her that it wasn’t just that. The mama unicorn and her baby trusted them. They’d even been inching closer, and she had been ready to reach out to pet them. After making sure it was okay, though, like she’d done with Cygnus back in the pasture before she’d ridden him to the edge of the forest. With Noelle, of course, but right now she was way more focused on the unicorns than she was the prefect standing by her. She wanted the unicorns to trust her.
But then reality struck, and one of the other groups from the lesson who had gotten further than they had managed to cut down their Christmas tree and the noise startled the poor unicorns and they had disappeared into the trees again and the small blonde’s face had fallen. All that anticipation and she hadn’t managed to achieve her goal. Of course, now she had a new goal. Making sure the unicorns weren’t traumatized. It was important.
She’d heard Noelle call after the unicorns, but she hardly acknowledged it as her grey-green eyes had just stared disappointedly after them. She had turned to look at her when the older Gryffindor had suddenly gone back to their earlier discussion, but she barely felt any excitement over guessing the spell right. They still had to get their tree though, so she tried to shove her unicorn thoughts to the back of her mind so she could focus on trying the charm. Okay.
Pointing her wand at the base of the tree like Noelle had done, she tried to focus on what she wanted to do as she said the spell with her. “Diffindo!”
Hopefully they’d manage to get their tree back, and then she could figure out how she could find the unicorns again.
