Melbourne brushed one hand over the metallic threadwork on the skirt of her dress. I’m so lucky India and my dads sent this to me when I found out about the ball…her feet weren’t pinching in the shoes that she had charmed and transfigured, but still, the impossibly short girl didn’t want to trip and fall while she wore them.
