Chloe knew she was supposed to care about this whole culture immersion competition that Hogwarts was forcing on its students. She knew that internationa magical cooperation was the cornerstone for progress and innovation and diplomacy. And she did want to be a politician. To improve the world.
BUT ILVERMORNY MADE IT SO HARD, OKAY?
Like, they were loud and the PDA was out of hand and everywhere, literally everywhere, she went she was inundated with pop songs from 80 years ago. The wave of nostalgia across these Americans was too overwhelming to deal with 24/7.
So Chloe wasn't exactly thrilled to deal with them in a competition setting. If they were insufferable without all the noise and whistles, today was going to be ten times more exhausting.
She sat quietly with her butterbeer and waited for something of consequence to happen. Her attitude her usual breed of unpleasant.
