In Jesús' defense, the ride was long enough to tell four, incredibly embellished, rousing stories. He'd only gotten through half of the second one when he'd passed out (more embarrassment,) head drooping onto Valerie's bony shoulder (it was incredibly uncomfortable,) and he'd probably been snoring. It was a rough, rough trip indeed. When the garish, magical Beetle came to a halt, Jesús took his time to get his bearings before exiting said vehicle.
The frown on his lips would probably never leave.
He blinked several times, shook his head at all the ruckus, bypassed the Headmistress' absurd desire to take selfies (he was still upset over a lot of things and would have words with her, thank you very much,) and managed to maneuver through the crowd of Ilvermorny students to stand by Valerie and Kyle. He caught sight of Professor Williams (newly hired Potions professor,) and Professor Williams (the elegant, yet infuriating bane of his existence.) To be polite because he wanted to start the term off right, he called out to the latter of the two. "Since we're on foreign soil, how about a truce, professor?" A.K.A: please do not hand out any harsh punishments, a.k.a any detentions or worse, while we're on this trip.
"Don't be so glum," he said to Valerie and Kyle. "What good would rain do?"
