Hogwarts RPG Name:
Dezi Willard
Fifth Year

Default
Mrs. Alex Turner *asterisks user* Secret Door

Sixth year was relatively easy when compared to how insane her fifth year had been. Still, Daisy was fully aware that NEWTs were coming and she couldn't afford to slip up. Not that her future potential career was dependent on the results of her NEWTs but her pride was at stake. Well, pride and her Mum not taking away certain privileges she had enjoyed during the last summer. Important stuff, totally. So she was fine with Levi dragging her along to revise and finish their homework together. More than fine, really. The Gryffindor seemed to understand that sometimes she needed study breaks in order to remain focused.

That's the way it was with best friends, she supposed.

Her mouth opened to tell him that they needed to get something to eat once they go to the castle, but it soon closed at Levi's puzzled look. Uhm. Was her hair still messy? "Oh." Apparently, there was some sort of event? Or .. someone was getting fired? Why else would the Headmistress be there, after all? .... it wasn't another portal, wasn't it? The thought made her struggle for a second as Levi pulled her along but eventually she conceded. Gryffindors would always be too curious, anyway, and there was nothing she could do to stop it.

She pulled her bag further up her shoulder and looked at the sky, since it apparently was the Thing to do anyway. Eclipses? Shooting stars? Would the Headmistress really be there for it? She looked down at the woman and Professor Stewart, curiosity now on her face. "Afternoon, Professors." Really, because she wasn't about to say hello to everybody around, okay? They got a wave and a smile, even if she recognised most of them.

Her eyes returned to the sky. Wait, why was someone humming? She had spent her afternoon trying to catch up with her Potions homework, her brain could not handle all of this mystery. Or maybe it was just fried from trying to figure out all those instructions. "Can you hear that, L?" She whispered, eyes glancing sideways at the boy for a brief second before returning to the sky. Ears and eyes wide open, that's what Hawthorne had said. She could do that.

Wait.

"It's October." She whispered to no one in particular. Right. So that competition thing was definitely happening.
