If the blank stares while on two-way mirror call with Jessa had not spelled out his confusion enough, the look he wore on his face now made such sentiment undeniable because WHAT? Failing to notice the spoon being offered to him, the 12-year-old's jaw dropped when his FIRST best friend went on about how she was a bad person and he was looking at her like she had about two dozen heads.

Hmm...could that, in theory, make Jessa a Cerberus if she DID have more heads? Well...maybe if he was looking at her like she had THREE then it would feel more accurate. Or maybe she was more like a hydra? Because the more she spoke the more heads seemed to be growing out of her shoulders.

He WAS about to mention Aqua, for the record, but she silenced him and his mouth just hung open like a trout's until she was finished.

"But...you're not a bad pers-son...I don't make bes-s-st friends-s with bad people..." he said defiantly despite the trailing off. "Why would you think you were one?"
