Aksjfnsdkjfnskjfn look at them! And Jory and Oakey and Ariana had just arrived too! It was just like the old days and Sophie couldn't be happier. She sent them smiles and waves and gestured for them to hurry up and get to where they were.

"Aw, look at you being so talkative!" The former Hufflepuff smiled at little Sammy as the boy clearly asked for attention before being picked up by his father. Her children's greetings also made her heart warm and when Ella asked for her help Sophie pulled out her wand in a fraction of a second. "Absolutely!" Sophie replied, grinning as she first cast a spell on the blanket, making it larger so everyone could make use of it as much as they needed. She then quickly and skillfully placed a few protection charms in a few yards circumference around the area they would be staying juuuust in case. Safety first! Especially if it involved children.

Catherine finally let go of daddy's hand, but kept a firm grip on Calen's because she knew he'd soon disappear if she let go. It was a secret, but mummy had told her to be with the elf to make sure he didn't feel sad.

So she pulled him along when she went over to see what Cecelia had in her bag. She sat down and waited for her friend to show her what she had brought. She pulled Calen's hand down to get him to sit with them too. "Here." The little brunette told the elf, patting the grass next to her with her free hand to show him where he should sit.

As Sophie waved her wand and started setting out the foods and snacks, she looked over at the Gunters and couldn't help but chuckle. For some reason it just looked typical of them, everything that was going on in their little family interactions. Ariana, little Ariana, Oakey, little Oakey. That thought made her wonder what the littlest one would turn out like.

Jory approached them by himself, however, and Sophie couldn't help but feel a little sorry for him, so she decided to engage in conversation to help him enjoy his time there regardless. "Jory! Long time no see!" And Sophie was pretty sure she had never said this sentence as truthfully as that time. She had probably not seen Jory since they left Hogwarts, so that was a good while ago. "How's life?? How's everything??" She asked with great interest, to only then realise those questions would probably make him very conscious of the fact he was there by himself. Oops. "It's great to see you again! Just like the old days!" She added with a grin, quickly glancing over at the foods and snacks to make sure they were all where they should be.
