Leave it to Juno to mention the one thing that Esme hadn't wanted her too. It was okay though since that had been the only time they had interacted until now to her knowledge. At least Olly didn't seem to be bothered by it. "I think it's pretty funny since we don't like onions, but then I've never tried onion rings before so I might lie them." Just an example of a food made with onions. Anyway they were being invited to sit down, which was something that they should have done before, but hadn't. "I'm not sure about what I want to eat," she said as she sat down. "Olly's already given me a present. A unicorn bracelet." Smiling she showed it off. This was the kind of gift that she loved.
It made her happy that things were going well so far, and at the moment she was distracted from her feelings of rejection. They would come back later, however, though she wouldn't show them. Juno was the only one who had picked up on it, and that was because they had a special connection as twins.
"Olly is being way too kind to me. I'm sure that his artwork is a lot better. He told me that I can be his inspiration," she gushed without thinking.
