Right now there was scarcely time for anything else making it a wonder she bothered to move down to the Atrium at all.

Lex occupied an entire couch near the corner of the room. One side contained all the files she would currently need and the other she basically sprawled herself across. It served the dual purpose of making her comfy while providing warning that she wasn't welcoming strays for idle chatter today.

Distractedly, the Auror bit into her chocolate muffin, eyes glued to the file levitating just before her.

Something wasn't adding up and it was starting to do her head in which meant more trips into muggle London and a whole bunch more interrogations. Admittedly that last bit could be fun, depending on who she hauled in for questioning.
Archer was busy getting work done and wasn't going to take his lunch in the food court today. Normally Gabby would have opted to join him in eating while in the greenhouses, but today she did not want to deal with the plants. Not like she didn't see enough of them as is. Plus this way she could maybe talk to the people that weren't intolerable. There were surprisingly a few of them around here, but lots of others were like that weird Becca lady who kept going during that boring seminar thing or whatever it was that Gideon had been teaching.

Entering the hangout area, she raised her brow at the pile of work that was laid across half a couch. Dang, even she wasn't that committed to getting things done. "Do you even know what a break is?" she asked though really Gabby was amused. Hey, Lex was pretty cool. She spoke her mind and got the job done.
