Her smile turned into a smirk and the boy's knees almost buckled from the rush of...feelings (?)-- whatever it was she was making him feel. See, this was all kinds of firsts for Cornelius O. First real crush...first real liking a girl more than that. To the point of actually thinking beyond the boundaries of friendship. Everything between Azura and him had finally build up and BAZZAAAM. He needed his hands for Quidditch and drumming, but he was sure Azura would one day reach the point to where she'd be able to set every imperfect bone perfectly. Slowly, eyes still on hers, his fingers slipped between hers and he held her hand, and gave it a gentle squeeze. He could do that now. He could do these things without his conscience nagging at him. Without worrying if she'd mind or if he'd embarrass her.

That look on her face, it had the boy grinning. He dropped a kiss on the tip of her nose. "You're cute."

The grin only grew. "Y'know, I think this heart of mine likes you, too." Haha. Goof. Cornelius paused, pursed his lips and hummed as if he was thinking of the answer to his own question, and took another step towards her so their shoes touched. "Thaaaat...I...should bear hug the prettiest girl in the laaaand!" And with that he let go of her hand, wrapped his arms around her waist and SWOOOPED her up and spun them around.

Azura's smirk turned into a wide grin as Cornelius spoke and she nodded. "Practice does indeed make perfect, however I don't want to practice on your valuable hands.." She said with a soft smile. " Don't worry though! I'll be good enough to put you together if you need me during quidditch. " She said with a grin.. Yeah she was gently alluding to a future.. but making it more about the present.. Just in case he decided he wanted to bolt..

Not that she thought he would.. but she would leave the option there for him..

She pushed those thoughts away though, so much had happened in her life lately for the better, she had a brother! Her step-dad was back, her mom was better and starting work again.. Cornelius! She didn't need to be worried about being abandoned!

Especially now as his fingers interlocked with hers and his green eyes looked into her purple ones.

She suddenly forgot how to breathe! Or think!

She was completely and totally lost in his eyes right now and she didn't even care!

Though perhaps she should work on the breathing thing, yeah?

Though his nose kiss didn't help the her problem and she melted against him, glad there was a wall and him to help hold her up. "Thanks. " She whispered softly as he spoke again and she grinned..

"Well good, perhaps we should do something about them? Let them hang out sometimes? " She said with a soft grin before giggling a bit as he seemed to think about what he wanted to tell her!

And then his words and actions had her giggling moreeee! And she hung onto him as he spun her around laughing all the while!
