While Level Six is being renovated (with the funds provided, Lynley really knows how to stretch every sickle, all right?) employees will be houses here during the workday. Lynley's office is not being redone, either, but she cannot currently get to it as it's on the OTHER SIDE of the renovations.

Makeshift desks have been set up. It smells like new paint and plywood. They should be done soon, don't worry. How long does it take to magically redo an entire level? You'd be surprised.
