Oh, balls in the trunk. Merlin, that was good news. It would have been horribly sad to cast spells on creatures, but now that she knew it was just a ball, it was a little disappointing. Katy pulled her wand out of her holster and fiddled with it before taking up a practice stance.
She wanted to make sure she had the motions and incantations PERFECT before casting... otherwise, what if she ended up banishing a person. Or her own shoe. Or failing altogether, which was even worse.
The incantations were easy enough, and she mouthed the words while practicing the wand motions. Easy easy easy peasy. "Accio." One of the balls zipped out of the trunk... and hit her right in the head. OUCH. Merlin. Idiot move.
