Pulling out a fresh piece of parchment, he started writing, trying to remember what they've already said and periodically glancing at the textbook:

"Moonlight is romantic," he agreed with a smile as he finished jotting down the last of the facts they had talked about and looked up at her. "But so is stargazing." And there were likely stars to be seen from Mercury. Stars to be seen from Earth too.

Char started sketching out a planet looking thing. Or rather, a circle, which she'd make more planet-y soon.

"That list looks good." He was veeeery smart. Useful person to work with really!

"Oh yeah, I wonder what it'd be like stargazing from Mercury? Would they look much different? Does Mercury have clouds?? Or would it always be clear and lovely?"
