Adi came bounding back, hands clutching their ice cream in bowls. "Four scoops for Lux!'' He plopped back down. "You're welcome.'' Mmm chocolate ice cream! The guy spooned some of the treat into his mouth then bit into it. He liked the way the coldness felt against his teeth ~~just like Ali does~~.

"We're going to go out to dinner then I was thinking about playing him a few songs on my piano. I want it to be special, you know. Then comes the whole proposing part.'' Simple and straightforward but something that he and Benny will remember forever.

Pfft. Of COURSE Adi was going to bring Hady in on this, expecting her to go with his choice in colour. All that got from Lux was an amused eyeroll because she knew that there was no way it would actually happen. It would be better if Adi just admitted defeat and that blue was CLEARLY the superior colour. There WAS a reason why the sky was blue and not orange!

Her eyes widened, and she eagerly accepted the ice cream that he offered to her. "Thank you!" It was exactly what she had wanted down to the number of scoops. Lux was very pleased, and not just because she now had ice cream. As she started eating, she listened to her friend explain things further. "Well, that is understandable. I am happy that I am the first person you thought to tell." She felt all special inside. Hehe. Wasn't her best friend just wonderful? "Your idea sounds so romantic! Do you already have the songs picked out?" If not, she was totally willing to help him out! "Do you already have a ring?"

Sooooo many questions but she wasn't going to overwhelm him with them all at once.
