Those years didn't mean much to Olly. He couldn't remember what year everyone had graduated. But when he heard the name he did remember and nodded. "Oh, Simon. Yeah I know him. "I bet. It sounds scary to transfer schools. What made you decide to do it?"
Olivia smiled a little more when Olly informed her that he had heard her brother's name. It was somewhat comforting even if Olly didn't know her brother too, too well. It was nice that people knew the name.
She nodded to his question and paused. It was scary transferring. She had an established group of friends at Beauxbatons and everything, it was wonderful. It truly was. However, there was something missing. Adventure, perhaps? Olivia felt like she needed to go find it. "
It is scary transferring. I'll be at a new school and not know anyone really and yet... It's also really exciting," she paused, trying to think of the best way to explain why she wished to transfer. Hmm... Aha! She had it. "
I love Beauxbatons. I really do. It's a wonderful school and I have good friends there but it was, in a sense, boring. Nothing happened at Beauxbatons. It was just school, homework, and more homework. I don't mind the work but after a while.. Everything just becomes boring, Olly" She sighed and paused for a moment. "
You see, I've always wanted to go to Hogwarts ever since my brother went. He'd always come home with these stories of weird happenings and I really wanted to experience something like that. No matter how terrifying it could be. I probably sound a little crazy." Olivia chuckled, glancing down at her grazed knee. She was definitely rambling at this point.
