Théo was in heaven. He had his favorite ice cream and nothing could bring down his mood. At least he hoped. He was sitting down swinging his legs and watching people walk by. He had a little time to himself before he had to go to his mom across the street. He cant stray too far away or she would get mad.
People watching was boring.
How did anyone enjoy this. Nothing was happening and all they did was walk to the place they were going to.
Well it could be worse. He could have no ice cream
