The temptation for lots of ice cream was real, but Lux honestly hadn't known when a proposal would have been planned; for one thing she was busy with both school and planning HER wedding. There was not a lot of time to spare for other things though she DID try to fit in her friends as much as possible. "Well, you could have told me about your plans sooner." SO THERE! She had him beat again and deserved a third Chocolate Frog. Something that she was about to point out to him when he kept talking about the proposal. It could wait for a moment. "You need to tell me all about your plan when you come back with the ice cream."
Like a good best friend he already knew what flavour to get her.

Did Lux really think that he was going to ask Bay? Gosh, he couldn't even ask Benny because his boyfriend's favourite colour was blue too  Thankfully Lux didn't remember THAT! Hopefully she would continue to forget about that bit of information  "We'll ask Hades. She'll be sure to agree it's orange.'' Mhmm!

Adi came bounding back, hands clutching their ice cream in bowls. "Four scoops for Lux!'' He plopped back down. "You're welcome.'' Mmm chocolate ice cream! "Sorry, I just wanted to plan everything first. At least you're the first person who knows. I haven't even told Hades as yet.'' Nor his parents. Well, they'd know soon enough. The guy spooned some of the treat into his mouth then bit into it. He liked the way the coldness felt against his teeth just like Ali does.
"We're going to go out to dinner then I was thinking about playing him a few songs on my piano. I want it to be special, you know. Then comes the whole proposing part.'' Simple and straightforward but something that he and Benny will remember forever.
