Skylar was THRILLED that for her second term in a row, her house had won the house cup. Mostly because she could rub it in her father's face, even though he had thankfully gotten over the shock that his third child was a Slytherin. But she was also feeling rather sad about this feast because one of favorite older snakes would no longer be present at future feasts. Even though she'd only known the Head Girl for a relatively short time - in comparison to her brother and several other older students - she felt a kinship with the girl and hoped she learned enough from her to be able to follow in her big shoes she left behind to fill.
Squishing in beside the seventh year at the table, the brunette wrapped her arms around her. "Do you have to leave?" Sky whispered willing herself to NOT cry. She was nearly a teenager. She must not cry. She could handle this. She totally could.
