She knew Dora was a little more torn though, which is why she'd left the Gryffindor to do her thing at her own house table so far.
Goodbyes could be hard, she knew.
Her stomach rumbled, and Sam looked up from where she'd been tapping her nails on the table and around the room, It was filling up, but there was sure to still be a little while until the food arrived. She knew she should've put the last of the birthday cake in her robes, and not packed it in her trunk! Ah well.
After Dora had given out all the hugs and made all the promises to stay in touch, she made her way to the Ravenclaw table in search of her two PEOPLE. Spotting Casper in conversation with someone she simply winked and made a kissy face at him. They would talk later, you know... they had all the time in the world both on the train and over the summer hols.
And as lo.ng as it wasn't a girl, she was fine, really.
Giving her girl bestie a big smile the blonde Gryffindor plopped onto the bench beside her. "
I would have been here sooner, but I was saying goodbye to Zeke." Sam knew how much Dora loved that dramatic older boy!
Finally looking around a bit, Dora wrinkled her nose. She wasn't friends with any of the people around there. Nope. "
YOu excited to leave?"
