Ah another was joining them, good... good. "Hello Dmitry, please take a moment to grab a coffee or even some tea." The soda was there as well if he wanted. Erec figured it was easy to be seen. "Thank you for joining us." Looking at the others he smiled, "Dmitry has worked a long time in our department, but we've decided with some of his skills he would do a switch over to the immigration division. "
He listened as Claudette said that it was how they ran things. Good, good, he was glad to hear. It meant that they did have MLE training for self defense and that sort of thing. They were called officers and wore immigration officer badges, so they would know more then just an average person. "I'm very glad to hear that, because some of the things that alarmed me at the meeting was that we were relying on MLE a bit too much. As officers your job is to find the immigrants that have expired or hasn't even tried to get one and came in illegally. This people need owled to come in or you go to them and figure out what is going on. Some you'll find unnecessarily rude and you need to watch your back on those immigrants, but most are probably just not aware it has expired. If you feel a situation is too dangerous I'd like you to contact me first before MLE." He wanted aware of everything that was going on.
"Now can anyone tell me when your last self defense training was?"
