Talullah turned around and right as he turned around she saw Lucas walking towards her. A big smile grew on her face. "I am. Would you care to dance with me?" The Irishwoman asked as she takes his hand. Nope. Just, nope. Why did he have to say things like that? His damn compliments just made her fall for him even harder. "Thank you. You look very handsome tonight." She already knew that he was the best looking guy in the room.
Tallie didn't even have to ask twice. "But of course, my lady.'' Lucas was channeling of his Hufflepuff traits. He didn't have to try much at all. He was usually a Hufflepuff most of the time. He held out a hand for Tallie to take while the other went to her waist. These formal type of dances were his favourite.
"Thank you. It took me a while to decide what to wear.'' Lucas was a rather careful dresser as anyone who knew him could tell. "I'm glad you approve.'' He began dancing with her, in time to the music. "Met any of the newbies for our department as yet?''
