Even without a dance partner, Olympia wasn't perturbed, the Aussie stood at the edge of the space hips swinging to the music, her gaze sweeping her immediate vicinity to see who she might be able to wrangle into dancing with her. Honestly, bachelors, where were you?
Making his way over to the dance floor - which offered more of what his usual nightlife pace consisted of than schmoozing with work colleagues - he removed his suit jacket and found a chair along the perimeter and drape it over the back. He would rid himself of his tie, but perhaps the Ministry was not quite ready for that Ryunosuke to make his appearance.

Coming up behind a soon-to-be-familiar brunette, the former Gryffindor had every intention of just sweeping her off on to the dance floor - since she clearly wanted to dance with the way she was moving - when he caught her profile in the dim lighting. "Well, fancy meeting you here," he chuckled, pausing for a moment to make sure she caught his grin before taking one of her hands and finishing his sweeping intentions - he was a man of follow through, after all - and guiding her a bit further out on the dance floor and placing one of his weathered hands to her waist. "Still living on the edge, I see."

Har har, since she had been lurking there on the edge of things.
