Soon enough the lesson began and Cassie watched as the containers of ingredients were opened, the girl trying to catch a glimpse of them as samples were taken. Curiosity taken with Professor Newton’s words, the Ravenclaw got back up from her stool to get a closer look. A couple of liquids, leaves, powder and animal parts. She had guesses on what they could be, but the third year wasn’t going to claim she was certain what they each where. Cass was no potions expert after all and there were no labels or hints around to speak of.
As for identifying the potion, a fair few classmates were already supplying the answer as she made her way back to her work station. Babbling beverage…oh boy. This could get interesting if they actually had to sample the stuff. “To get a more desired effect than the original potion,” she remarked to the second question after raising her hand. “Maybe lessen or increase duration…or the strength?”
