The redhead's interest was fully captured the moment the Professor had revealed to them the four amazingly stunning winged horses before them. Her eyes lit up not expecting to actually see them before her right now. Oh she could certainly tell you a number of things about these creatures because they were definitely a FAVOURITE of hers! The urge to approach them was very strong, could she ride them Professor? Better yet could she take them back to the Common Room with her & snuggle with them? Or better yet than that, she'll happily snuggle with them in the barn, she's slept in worse places than that & honestly a barn was NOT the worst thing.

Not even hesitating when the Professor had asked the class which horse was which, her finger pointed to each horse calling their names & breed already fully aware which was which. "Aurora, the stunningly beautiful Abraxan. Maxine the petite Granian. Perseus the majestic Aethonan. And of course Sinatra, the gentle Thestral."

Yes, she could see Perseus.

And no she was not worried or fearful that she could see the winged creature. Was it surprising to know that the fourth year has already seen death at some point in her life? Maybe. Probably. But in case many forgot, the girl has been exploring the world with her father for as long as she could remember & yes there were amazing things that she's seen on most of travels, but that doesn't mean that everything was amazing. Sadly yes, some of those travels did unfortunately involve Clara witnessing death, actually on more than one occasion, but not that any of it was intended or made her traumatized. Everyone was going to face death some day, so why fear it? And especially, why fear such a gentle creature as a Thestral, it's not like it was their fault that you could see them.
