The slamming of the classroom door barely even elicited a response from him, bar the slightest of flinches.
Not to be outdone - and because this lesson had already proved to be nowhere near relevant to his interests - Daxton got up out of his seat and followed Genny Tate out of the classroom, though with nowhere near as many Gryffindor dramatics as she had displayed. Not that he had any plans of catching up with her, but if it appeared that way then it was as good an excuse as any to take his leave. |
