This boy was absolutely overreacting! What was wrong with him to respond like that to her!? Screaming like a girl, falling into the water and pulling her with him! BLEH! She trashed to keep her head above the water while trying desperately to remove the mask from her head but her hair was stuck between the elastic band and pulling the mask away was really painful!

Mason at last had released his hold of her robe and now she could move a little better, not much better because of that STUPID mask on her face and because she still couldn't see what she was doing but it helped a little bit. Her school robes were sticking against her body and making her heavy and she pulled harder in a attempt to remove the mask.

She heard splashing sounds next to her and then... Nothing! Where was Mason?! Then she heard him shout and all she could think about was that he was letting her drown! "HELP ME AND PUT THAT MASK AWAY FROM ME, I CAN'T SEE WHERE I'M SWIMING!" she screamed back, sounding both angry and a little fearful this time, ignoring the question he had asked her while shouting.
