Time to check out the lake after having a filling lunch. Man he should not have overindulged but he couldn't help it. He didn't really have self control. As he massaged his stomach he walked down trying to soothe the cramps.
The slytherin actually brought a blanket from his common room with him because why not just take a nap in nature? He laid down his blanket just to reserve his spot. He sat there and just closed his eyes and then realized he also had lacrosse stick in his bag. He grinned and got up and decided to throw a ball to himself for a bit.
What a lovely day. After getting settled into her dorm and getting ready for classes, Niomi needed a break. She decided she would go to the lake, her favorite down-time spot, and write a letter to her younger sisters, Sophie and Tahlia. Gathering her brand new parchment and ink pen, she bought in Diagon Ally a few weeks ago, she headed towards the lake.
The great lake was rather quiet, compared to the Hogwarts buildings, and Niomi loved it. Having a place were not a lot of people to no one would bother her. Looking around, she took the beauty the great lake had to offer. Without realizing it, she came to a spot and a small smile fell upon her face.
This would be a good spot, she thought to herself. Before she sat down, she saw movement on the side of her eye. The movement was from a boy nearby. Niomi recognized a familiar face, Colt. He got up from the blanket to get something out of this bag. A stick? What was that for? A muggle thing? Niomi didn't know much about the muggle world.
With a change of mind, she held her parchment and ink pen closer in her hands and headed towards him. When she arrived, near his blanket, and spoke up not wanting to startle him,
"Hi Colt." She felt herself blush. Hopefully she could stop blushing before he looked at her and noticed.
