She did manage to crack a half smile at his last comment, though. A phoenix. If June had the money for a phoenix, she'd totally buy one and train it to, like.. talk like a parrot or something. Or breathe fire on people she didn't like. "Yeah, maybe."

Oh good, so she was familiar with Star Wars and he had assumed correctly. Henry nodded at her confirmation, wondering if she was at all a fan. At least she seemed to know who Chewbacca was. "So what kind of movies do you like?" He loved watching TV and movies, and sometimes it was nice to find someone who knew muggle things to talk to them about.

He hoped he didn't make her feel too bad bringing up her dead pets, but he did happen to catch that hint of a smile and he grinned a bit. "Now that would be a cool pet to have." Not that he knew anyone who had one or where to even get one, but even just the thought of it was cool. "You should take Care of Magical Creatures if it fits in your schedule. Maybe we'll get to handle phoenixes sometime..." That would be an awesome lesson. "We do fun things there most of the time though." Plus it helped that he really liked creatures. And this was the year that Draper was going to teach him how to ride winged horses. So something to look forward to.
