23. Levicorpus

"Happy birthday sweetheart," James whispered.
"Mmmmmmm," Lily groaned, her arms stretching up and her back arching in a delicious morning stretch. "Thanks James," she said leaning over to give him a kiss.
James had just reached over to get the gift, neatly wrapped in white paper, when the door opened.
The bedroom door.
"LEVICORPUS!" someone yelled, and Lily was yanked into the air by her ankle.
"What? AAGH! SIRIUS! PUT ME DOWN!" She yelled, her hair completely unmanigable in this position. She tried to pull it out of her eyes.
"Now, now, Lily, just let me treat you like the Queen you are on your birthday. Your twenty-first birthday, I might add."
"Why am I upside down Sirius? This isn't how you treat a Queen."
Sirius chuckled. "Well why would you want to use your legs on your birthday, when you can be carried around? You're welcome, by the way."
She found herself float down the stairs, and into the kitchen. It was bizarre, but she couldn't hold back the giggles. The fact she was laughing sort of annoyed her. How would Sirius take her warnings seriously if she was giggling?
He carefully put her upright on a kitchen chair.
