Char is Blaise's friend XD Trust me I know. He refuses to actually use his wand in almost every setting. She's basically forced him into working with her on stuff and he's still super reluctant. The problem for him is that he thinks his WAND is the problem (I also was the one who did his wand quiz and all that too) He thinks a spell should come easily without actually having to work at it, and then he blames his wand when the spell doesn't work, so refuses to use his wand and uses that as an excuse for not doing it
