Char had been his first proper crush that wasn't Miss Sophie Brown, but Minnie was... something entirely different. And she made him laugh and smile.

Girls were confusing.

Hands stuffed in his pockets, Rooney headed out into the grounds of the castle, head in the clouds. Metaphorically, of course.
