This human dwelling smelled better than than the last one. There were also many more shinies to sniff out, and the nifflers began to file into the different rooms, digging into chests of drawers, trunks, pillow, under beds, and more important, chewing holes in clothes to GET TO DA SHINIESSSSSS.

All belonged to the nifflers now. But they kept sniffing for MOREEEEE. Quote:

She would clean that up later. For now it was being used to bait nifflers.

The one was petrified under the other human's bed. Leo had just been coming out of his office after clearing away some paperwork and letter correspondence with other libraries when the second emergency patronus from Prefect Wright in as many days reached him. Hastily scribbling down a note Leo stuck it on the door to the library as he hastily made his way up the stairs to Ravenclaw Tower. At least one thing Cassie couldn't complain about was that he didn't keep in shape. All the running up the stairs to answer eagle distress messages lately certainly made Leo keep weight or even lose some while he was at it.
Out of breath the Ravenclaw HoH entered the shattered senior Girl's dormitories and just gaped around for a moment at the total destruction that something had caused in a short span of time. Leo didn't know what to guess at since it could be a creature who had done as a malfunctioning spell.
Turning his attention to Penelope Leo asked "Are you all right Penelope? What did this? How much of your belongings are destroyed and/or damaged?" One thing was certain though. It was going to take some time to clean up the mess.
