1. definitely hot. Unless it is a hot sunny day outside, a giant glass of ice milo + condensed milk is good too
2. my current favorite is Antwerp shade from NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream
I usually go to pink-y or peach-y shade because it looks natural on me.
