| Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict The darkness only made Brooklyn pause for the slightest moment. Honestly, her eyes adjusted pretty easily, given the time she spent down in the dungeons and the greenish light of the common room and the rest of the Slytherin domain. Besides, for once she wasn’t coming from outside, so there wasn’t brightness to cause her to be startled by the lack of such. Instead, she had entered the classroom just as confidently as she normally did, as if the bluebell light was the norm. As long as there weren’t any spiders hiding in the corners, she had no reason not to trust Professor Hirsch.
Upon a glance, the only thing she saw lurking in the darkened corners of the classroom was Dante, who she made a point of ignoring as she walked further into the classroom and selected a mat near the front. Also, near the professor. “Good afternoon, Professor Hirsch,” she said with a half-nod, setting her bag down before settling herself on the mat and making herself comfortable. Now she just had to wait to see if any of the others arrived, in case they were going to have to work in partners again.
