Looking and seeing another student Julien picked his own pumpkin.
"Good Day Miranda, do you know the cutting spell to use?" He lifted his wand and started carving the top of the pumpkin. Glancing over at the spoons he wondered if the students would use those or the vanishing spell.
"If you are scooping the seeds out you might want to save them and give them to the elves. They could roast them for us." Roasted pumpkin seeds sounded very good at the moment.
Miranda watched her professor using the cutting charm on his pumpkin. She had clearly not been paying attention at home. Something her mother was really none too happy with, but nevermind that.
