Her mother was a genius. Kye made her way down to the departing area with a little bounce in her step. She felt light as a feather, watching everyone with their luggage. Kye carried with her a bag that looked like it had no more than the day's bare necessities in it. Her mother had sent it, along with her permission skip and a letter explaining that there was an extending charm on it so that she could fit what she needed and keep it with her at all times. It was perfect, because Kye didn't want to be separated from her things, but she also didn't want to be stuck lugging anything around Sweden! She wanted to enjoy Sweden.
She looked around to see what the next step here was. She felt a bit warm in these Muggle clothes, but she knew she only had to stick it out for the weekend... and she was banking on it being much colder in Sweden. She had only been there once, but it was beautiful, and it was freezing.
Ooh, Portkeys.
She had not used a Portkey before, only Floo Powder (which she wasn't the biggest fan of). She went up to one, and she was on her way. BOOM. Sweden.
And the first thing she sees? Sky. No, not that Sky. Skylar. Puking. Beautiful. Kye approached the queasy girl. "Scourgify... You all right?" she asked.
