dream until your • dreams come true ~ Human pygmy puff
Janelle didn't have to wait too long because Professor Myers soon presented the first riddle. Listening carefully to the words, Janelle thought about what they meant. She thought that she knew the answer. Could it really be that easy? Maybe it was a trick, but no.......what else could it be? Water came from the sky. Rain of course. But water also came from the ground. Don't dig too deep. There were wells containing water in the ground or just water deep in the ground period. The answer had to be water. Roses definitely needed water to survive.
They had been instructed to figure out the riddle and then do the action. Janelle had her wand, so accessing water was not a problem. But........she was small, therefore, her wand was small. There was no way Janelle was going to get enough water out of her tiny wand to sufficiently water the ginormous rose bush. Well maybe with all of the students combined, they could get the job done. Maybe.
Janelle took out her wand and concentrated on the task at hand. Directing her wand toward the soil, she said "Aguamenti". The water began to flow from the tip of her wand and trickled onto the dark soil. Janelle began to walk around the base of the bush, trying to water her self designated area of soil. When she thought she had gone far enough, she turned around. Moving over slightly from the edge of the bush, she continued to water. After a while, Janelle looked around, to see if the soil was moist enough. Hopefully, she had done an adequate job.
